• Optimization; Optimization of pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetics.

• Development Stage ; Include preclinical and clinical studies. 
 

Drug development involves; 

• Potency of drug.
• Preclinical trial ( initial biological and toxicological studies.
• Design manufacturing process.
• Clinical trials.
• Ragistration and marketing of the drug.
